Bank ABC in Jordan Conducts “The Power of Positivity” Training Workshop for Employees

Amman, Jordan: The Bank organized a training workshop titled “The Power of Positivity”, aimed at enhancing employees’ awareness of the importance of positive emotions and their role in supporting psychological well‑being, human relationships, and daily productivity. During the workshop, specialized trainers presented a set of scientific concepts that explain how thoughts and emotions influence the way individuals cope with stress, in addition to practical strategies that help adopt a more positive outlook in both professional and personal life.


The session included interactive discussions on how to spread positive energy within the workplace, strengthen effective communication among colleagues, and build relationships based on trust and respect. The workshop also addressed the impact of positivity on creativity, focus, and an employee’s ability to make clear decisions, as well as its role in creating a smoother and more productive workday.
